The Cabin
This cozy seaside Cabin, also sometimes referred to as the guesthouse, is an old fisherman's hut (the proper local term is fishing store, as in storage). The previous owners worked their magic on this place and converted it into the gorgeous one bedroom, with loft, sleeping cabin that it is today. There is a wood stove and baseboard heating, but it is otherwise not winterized and we close it down completely in the off season between October and May. The bedroom is ocean-facing and has a queen size bed with all its linens. The Cabin comes with a fully equipped kitchenette, books, dvds, boardgames, wood for the fire, and there is one bathroom with a standing shower. The cabin does have electricity, running water, and satellite internet, but the only landline phone and laundry machine/dryer are in the Main House. Please see below for pictures and our rates.

Rental rates
High Season price per night (June 1st - September 30th): $225 (if booking through air bnb, additional taxes and service charges apply)
High Season price per 7 day week (June 1st - September 30th): 20% discounted nightly rate
High Season price per month (June 1st - September 30th): up to 49% discounted nightly rate

October 1st - May 31st: Please note that we close the Cabin completely in the off season. Contact us to discuss your interest or needs if you wish to consider an off season rental of The Main House, which is winterized.
